Project Overview
Anhui Yingfa Raynen Technology Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 20GW photovoltaic production base project, the project covers a total of 800 acres of land, with a total investment of 11 billion yuan, and is divided into two phases of construction. The first phase will cover 450 acres of land and the second phase will cover 350 acres of land. The project was started in June 2022 and put into production in November of the same year, realizing "signing in that year, starting construction in that year, and putting into production in that year", showing the first-class speed of Yingfa! The second phase of the project started in November 2022 and is expected to be put into production in August this year.

After the project is completed, it will help Yingfa Group achieve a major breakthrough in battery cell production capacity, and will become a milestone for Yingfa Group to enter the "first echelon" of specialized battery cell manufacturers.

Customized ventilation solutions
With excellent product performance and good reputation, Infinair's wind turbine serves the construction of the 20GW photovoltaic production base project of Yingfa Ruineng. Due to the specificity and specialization of the new energy industry, the project team put forward a number of requirements for the ventilation system:

 

Efficient operation
The area of the plant is usually large, and the ventilation equipment runs 24 hours a day, which initiates a great challenge to the efficiency and stability of the ventilation system;

Precise temperature control
Temperature fluctuation has a significant difference on the inspection data of the cell products, so in order to ensure the correctness of the cell inspection data, the workshop needs to control the temperature precision;

 

Purification requirements
For the consideration of the precision performance of the products, the temperature, humidity and cleanliness of certain areas in the workshop have strict requirements, so the cleanliness level of the ventilation system also has high requirements;

 

Ventilation effect
Equipment in the process of testing will emit a lot of heat, in order to be able to better meet the demand, it is necessary to individually increase the number of ventilation, effectively improve the ventilation environment and improve the comfort of personnel.
Infinair provided energy-saving, low-noise, high-efficiency, and stable ventilation system solutions based on the project's individual customization needs to do a good job of ventilating and dissipating heat, and reducing the impact of high temperatures on the various equipments of the photovoltaic industry.
In this project, the products provided by Infinair include: single inlet centrifugal fan-YFBCSL, wing-type duct axial fan-YFIAD, and side-wall axial exhaust fan-YFWEX.
