YFICK Technical Specification

Fan Type
The fan shall be cabinet type, which shall have a belt drive double inlet centrifugal fan installed inside a cabinet. The wheel shall be constructed of steel, and statically and dynamically balanced to Level G2.5 as per AMCA204 standard. The wheel shall be forward curved multi-blade or backward inclined centrifugal type. Clapboard shall be used in the outlet area to reduce turbulence.  

Quality Standards 
The fan shall be tested in accordance with AMCA Standard 210 and 300, The manufacturer must own the production license for industrial products and ISO9001 quality system authentication.

Fan Housing
[Type S, Single wall] Housing shall be constructed of galvanized steel (Optional: epoxy powder coated). The wall thickness shall be adequate to reduce vibration and noise.
[Type D, Double wall] The fan cabinet shall be constructed of 2 layers. The exterior layer shall be galvanized steel (optional: epoxy powder coated), and the inner layer shall be perforated panel. The middle layer shall be made of fiber-glass, which shall be certified to Level-A of anti-combustion grade. 
The width of the air inlet between the DWDI fan and the cabinet shall be designed according to the recommendation of AMCA to reduce turbulence and noise.

Fan shaft shall be precisely lathe turned, ground and heat treated through soaking furnace to the hardness level of HB370. The drive power selection shall be 120% of the maximum power under the specified rpm. 

The bearing shall be re-lubricable ball type with cast iron pillow block, and selected for a minimum (L-10) life in excess of 80,000 hours. 

Motor shall be carefully matched to the fan load, production class IP54, and insulation class F. Motor shall be out of air stream to avoid the influence of high temperature air on drive system. The outside motor, belt, pulley shall have protective covers. 

Explosion-proof Structure (Only for explosion-proof type)
Fan shall conform to Spark C explosion-proof structure according to AMCA99 Standard. The inlet shall mount copper ring and the motor shall adopt explosion-proof type. The whole fan should own CNEX certification and the manufacturer must own the production license for anti-explosion electric products.

Fire fighting Certification (Only for smoke removal duty)
The fan shall be tested OK in complying with the General Usage Centrifugal Fan technical Specification (China National Standard JB/T 10563-2006). A test report issued by licensed authorities shall be provided. The fan must be tested according to China National Standard GA 211-2009, Fire Fighting Smoke Removal Fan High Temperature Testing Method, running continuously over 30 minutes when the main duct air temperature is 280 degrees centigrade. The high temperature resistance character must be qualified by presenting an official certificate.

Permanently fixed aluminum nameplate shall be fixed on fan body clearly display fan mark, product model and serial number (i.e.: unique ID for each fan), so that the customer can use this number to find out the parts used. 

Acceptable Manufacturers
Qualified suppliers shall have an AAA credit rating. Providing INFINAIR or similar products, with their design based on ISQ models of INFINAIR.
